The previous page demonstrates two problems: a problem with coding and something that requires mental effort to sort out
The buttons and their labels are built as two separate and unrelated lists (you can use the 'view source' function in your browser to check for yourself). This can be corrected with styleing but, if the user is viewing the page with any sort of browser that filters out all styling (such as braille outputs or screen readers), any visual links that have been made are lost.
Although some people could manage to work out which button the instructions are referring to, the mental effort required to do so is not always available to all of us.
